Privacy Policy

How Communication Logic, LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information through this website, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: July 2, 2026.

Communication Logic, LLC (“CommLogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through communicationlogic.io (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the rights and choices available to California residents and other visitors. It is written to align with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Information you provide. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. When you join our Talent Network we collect your name, email address, area of interest, and any background you choose to share.
  • Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we and our analytics and advertising providers may collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the Site. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. We do not intend for the Site to be used by minors, and we do not sell or share the personal information of minors.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and understand your needs before a conversation.
  • To evaluate Talent Network submissions and match candidates with potential roles.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and measure its performance.
  • To conduct marketing and, where you have not opted out, advertising and related analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and marketing. Analytics help us understand how the Site is used; advertising technologies may be used to measure and support our marketing. Depending on how these technologies are configured, their use may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information under the CCPA. You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and through the choices described in “Your privacy choices” below, and we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Full detail, including categories and providers, is in our Cookie Policy.

How we share information

We disclose personal information to service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, website hosting, form processing, email delivery, analytics, and advertising vendors), each under contractual restrictions. We may also disclose information to comply with law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell the personal information you submit through our forms. To the extent our use of advertising or analytics cookies constitutes “sharing” or a “sale” under the CCPA, you may opt out as described below.

Your privacy choices

Regardless of where you live, you can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on this Site, and you can set a browser-level opt-out preference signal (such as GPC), which we will honor for the browser and device on which it is enabled. We will confirm when an opt-out request has been processed.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, and subject to the CCPA’s exceptions and verification requirements, you have the right to:

  • Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To submit a request, contact us through our Contact page. We will verify your request before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits. California’s “Shine the Light” law also lets California residents request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; you may make that request through the same channels.

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making technology to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors to this Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide the notices and opt-out choices required by law.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control, as described above.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least every twelve months and update it as our practices or the law change. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised “last updated” date.
