As an Inbound Sales Agent, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from customers who are interested in purchasing our health and wellbeing products. You will not be making cold calls, all of your eager customers will call you! You will assist callers with their health and wellbeing needs by guiding them through the purchasing process, maximizing sales, earning commission and performance bonuses based on your performance. Our custom-built CRM, including scripts and progressive rebuttals, will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. On average, our agents earn $14-$16 per hour, with top earners making even more!

Here’s what you will do and what you’ll need for the position:

Take calls from customers who are interested in buying our products, which include adult diapers, weight loss and sexual performance supplements, and skin care products.
Use our polished scripts to convince customers to buy our products and suggest additional products and special offers to them.
The more sales you close the higher your commissions – you’re rewarded for your efforts!
Enter customer information into our user-friendly CRM system.
Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and training, one-on-one feedback and available tools.

For this position, you will need:

Internet with a minimum download speed of 200 kb/s.
Chrome browser.
Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11 or Apple Mac Monterey (No Chromebooks).
Wired USB headset.
Reliable high-speed internet access, connected with an ethernet cable. WIFI CONNECTIONS NOT ALLOWED.
A quiet and dedicated home office space without interruptions or noise.
2 years work-from-home experience required.

Here are some additional details:

You will be required to work one weekend day regularly, around 2 or 3 weekends a month.
We have several slots available starting at 8am and ending at 10pm Eastern time, but we can work with you to find a schedule that suits your life.
We prefer full-time availability, meaning up to 40 hours per week, but we also welcome part-time job seekers.
This is a W2 permanent position, not a 1099, because we are building a company and we want you to be part of it!
You will receive a guaranteed pay of $11.00 per hour or more, depending on your location, along with earned commission and performance incentives. Your commission will be based on upselling to subscriptions, third-party offers, cross-sales, and cross-sale bonuses.
Even during training, you will be paid your guaranteed salary for every minute you’re in training , once you successfully complete all five sessions.
On average, our agents earn $14-$16 per hour, and our top earners make even more!
